Khadi printing is practiced throughout Rajasthan. In the past it was mostly done on bridal sarees, ghagras, odhnis, and turbans worn by the members of the royal families, using pure gold and silver. The patterns have been hand printed with fine flakes of crushed mica. It took two months to create and sew together the exquisitely crafted panels.
